They are working for me, with the same vehicle. Be aware that there were disruptions today also with the official VW app, even though this integration worked for me most of the time.
From your logs, there are a lot of 403 Forbidden errors, which might indicate your user is not able to view the data on the server. Try logging in to the VW website to the same credentials and seeing if you're able to view the trip statistics.
Anyway, all the 3 entities are working in my setup.

@virtualdj Thanks a lot for your response. Since yesterday 21:37 these entities are working again. I didn't change anything. Just checked the privacy settings via the vw website an looked arround in the sub pages, ...
