Environment

• Volkswagencarnet release with the issue: v5.0.3
• Last working homeassistant-volkswagencarnet release (if known): v5.0.3
• Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 2024.10.3
• Operating environment (Home Assistant OS/Supervised/Container/Core/venv): Container
• Car model and year: Golf 8 eHybrid 2021
• Country where the car was bought: DE
• Valid VW Connect subscription: yes
• Have you verified that the We Connect service works via VW´s portal?: yes

Describe the bug

Affected entities

• sensor.golf_ehybrid_parking_time
• binary_sensor.golf_ehybrid_vehicle_moving
• device_tracker.golf_ehybrid_position

In the entity history i can see that these entities stopped working on 21.10.2024, 19:05. They are shown as "Unavailable". Other entities of this integration work well.

These entities should automatically get synced

Get the values from VW.

They are working for me, with the same vehicle. Be aware that there were disruptions today also with the official VW app, even though this integration worked for me most of the time.

From your logs, there are a lot of 403 Forbidden errors, which might indicate your user is not able to view the data on the server. Try logging in to the VW website to the same credentials and seeing if you're able to view the trip statistics.

Anyway, all the 3 entities are working in my setup.

@virtualdj Thanks a lot for your response. Since yesterday 21:37 these entities are working again. I didn't change anything. Just checked the privacy settings via the vw website an looked arround in the sub pages, ...
