Re-enable Window Heater control #245

Hi @robinostlund,

Please trigger a new beta. Now it has proper Window Heater support detection.

P.S. Should we create a new branch, something like a next_release, and merge all these changes into this branch? Or do you want to merge them directly to the master?

@stickpin i think we can merge it directly to master as it won't buiild anything to pypi untill we release a new version 😄
