Fixed set charging ampere, tested with e-up #260

The original code was not working for me, this does. Feel free to merge / amend / trash Kind feedback is appreciated either way

Hi @ceppa,

Thanks for letting me know. I was not aware that VW added this functionality, previously there was only an option to set reduced or maximum charging for eUP vehicles. Please raise the Feature request and I will implement it in v5.x.x.

Hi @stickpin , the feature was already there and I was using it. It broke in december as it appears that the parameter they were using was renamed. I'm glad if this can help
