Idea: AntiCheat Stats #50

Hello again, Not an issue, but a real chance to add value I think.

Create a moderator area password protected, and within it display anti-cheat style statistics, in the same way as the highscores page (top X). For example ratio of diamond blocks broken. - for catching x-rayers.

Possibly enhance the admin page and allow plugin stats to be displayed there
