getting to know you questions

On the first time the user opes the app, show a dialog with some questions:

• First name of the user
  • Add a small service to persist and query this first name
  • Show the first name at the top of the feed view
• List of genres where the user can select some they are interested in
  • Add a service to persist these liked genres
  • The feed view can use these genres to make the first recommendations
  • After enough episodes are played, this table can be dropped
