Describe the bug
1) Shouldn't the first bin of the RCP plot start at the same value for all mutants?
2) The first bin has a strange behavior with a marked offset to the second bin.
This becomes an issue for downstream analyses based on the slope/derivative of the RCP plots.
To Reproduce
Any RCP plots with samples with different behavior on the RCP - e.g. WT vs. cohesin mutant
Expected behavior
1) Samples should all have same RCP value in the first bin
2) Smooth transition to the value of the second bin with the similar
