Why are RCP plots not starting at the same Y-axis? #325

Describe the bug 1) Shouldn't the first bin of the RCP plot start at the same value for all mutants? 2) The first bin has a strange behavior with a marked offset to the second bin. Capture

This becomes an issue for downstream analyses based on the slope/derivative of the RCP plots.

To Reproduce Any RCP plots with samples with different behavior on the RCP - e.g. WT vs. cohesin mutant

Expected behavior 1) Samples should all have same RCP value in the first bin 2) Smooth transition to the value of the second bin with the similar

Thank you so much for your assistance! Elphege
