Hi, I was curious if there is an easy way to extract the pileup score for the ATA or APA visualization? If this doesn't exist, it would be nice to label the score on the plot itself.

I see this was partially answered here: https://github.com/robinweide/GENOVA/issues/305

Is this also possible for ATA and compartment saddle plots?
