It might also be worthwhile to try and make sure we have a similar naming structure to others, so that it can be easy to combine / compare names.

I'm working on New Zealand, France, Norway for the last 100+ years (I've got the underlying data for all of these but France and Norway aren't on github yet). I'm also planning on refactoring nzbabynames to make sure it's consistent with hadley's package (it's not terrible but it the capitalization is a bit iffy).
