The babynames package includes cohort life tables for each year. This allows for estimation of someone's age based on their name and other potentially interesting tidbits (see https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-to-tell-someones-age-when-all-you-know-is-her-name/).
Cohort life tables for Australia are available (e.g. data from 1818 to 2012 is here http://www.abs.gov.au/AUSSTATS/abs@.nsf/DetailsPage/3105.0.65.0012014?OpenDocument), would there be interest in incorporating this into the ozbabynames package? It would allow for the usage of ozbabynames to more closely match babynames.
