When running App auto patch from jamf using the IGNORE_APP_STORE_APPS is not respected so App Store apps are ignored.

when running /.Installomator.sh appLabel IGNORE_APP_STORE_APPS=yes from AAP installation this is respected and App Store apps are then patched.

Running the latest release of AAP (2.11.1) and seeing this behavior as well.
