Adds support for named parameters along with positional parameters.

e.g.

App-Auto-Patch-via-Dialog.zsh --interactive_mode=2 --ignored_labels="firefox googlechrome" --required_labels="firefoxpkg_intl" --optional_labels="renew" --installomator_options="DEBUG=2" --max_deferrals=3
