Feature Request - Add a dropdown to choose 'Reason' options #35

Love this script!!
Currently, when a user requests to have permissions elevated, they are asked to give a reason for the elevation in a free text field.
It would be super awesome if we could set a pre-filled set of 'reason' options that are displayed as a dropdown on the initial elevate request screen.
With the ability to choose between dropdown or free text in the script parameters.
Also, having the ability to pass variables (within jamf as an example) as the dropdown options.
