Nominatim: minor fixes #16

@mausch this chart does not support nominatim 4 yet. 3.7 is the latest version I testet it

Good news is, it does work with Nominatim 4 :slightly_smiling_face: I have some other changes I've not included in this PR in https://github.com/mausch/nominatim-helm-charts/tree/icu . Maybe we can parameterise things a bit more to support both 3.x and 4.x ?
