This fixes the main issue but does not limit when the test is run as suggested in the ticket

Got here from the rt ticket: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=85252, not sure if you'd seen it the comments, DBM::Deep install is failing to install for me as well.
