Restore navigation link overrides #106

I removed this feature because I didn't use it, and didn't want to spend the time to fix it. But because #104 was posted as quickly as it was... I took the morning to re-add the feature, and create a setting for it. It will go out in the next published update for the extension.

Will wait to merge this until the next time I'm ready to publish the extension. This so the setting doesn't appear before people can actually use it.
