Grouped the properties by: (Required)

• Feature flags + target
• Module behaviour
• Strict (on its own)

(Configurable)

• Types (on its own)
• Folder structure
• Incremental mode
• JSX factories (moved from required to configurable because of #8 / Generic JSX)
