Update events #20

Addresses the following:

https://github.com/robmarkcole/HASS-Deepstack-face/issues/11 -> force state updates
https://github.com/robmarkcole/HASS-Deepstack-face/issues/19 -> fire detect_face even for unknown faces
Improve attributes, ordering and showing if in detect_only mode
