Motion wont build on 64bit RPi #3

Get error: 

Can't build 42050218/aarch64-addon-motion_mjpeg:2.1.2: no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries

Possibly need a build.json?

As I understand it, rob, there is a missing or misspelled entry in the docker repository for arm where "linux/arm64/v8" isn't recognized by the Pi to be valid and has to be "linux/arm64/armv8" Because motion does exist for arm64/v8
