Do we need bowtie? #16

I have asked around, and it seems people are using bowtie2, bwa, novoalign, and gsnap. It seems to me that the other mappers are basically obsolete.

Let's keep the support for all the mappers that are already in DistMap for the first cleanup. Later we can decide to do not support them, but it may be useful for external people. As the scripts are written for other mappers, it is not an extra-effort to test them...
