Change charmap entry to correspond to machine viewing mode #156

Currently, charmap is hardcoded for Atari 8-bits (ANTIC or ATASCII modes are supported). This doesn't work for Apple.

Each mode should have its own set of F-keys that change the behaviour of the text entry: Atari needs Inverse toggle; Apple should be able to toggle among high bit set, flashing, inverse.
