Fix right click handling on segment sidebar list #161

Right clicking on the segment sidebar list pops down the sidebar but keeps the popup menu. Not what's supposed to happen.

Doesn't happen the same way on MacOS. MacOS still shows the sidebar window when the popup is present. It sometimes gets closed when a dialog pops up, but the Save As Disassembly puts the dialog behind the segment sidebar popup
