Daylight saving time #14

it is not possible to add correct events for March 21- April 02. Created event date is substracted by one week. (e.g. by creating event on March 31 calendar shows "Start: Thu Mar 25 2010 17:45:00 GMT+0200 (FLE Standard Time)" ).

This also occurs in demo: http://robmonie.github.com/jquery-week-calendar/weekcalendar.html.

Tested on March 21s, 2010. Local time GMT +0200
