accept multiple host/port combinations for HA #1

Are there any plans to accept multiple host/port combinations and cycle through them when one server is down?

I don't have any plans, and I'm no longer using etcd (we switched to Consul) so its unlikely I'll ever get to it. I'd happily accept patches to support this if you're keen.
