Login fails because old login page was removed #17

Groundspeak removed (or is in the process of removing) the old login page. The new page at https://www.geocaching.com/account/login must be used.

While the original issue seems to be fixed, there is now a new issue: The login page moved to http://www.geocaching.com/account/signin

currently my version of PQC is no longer logging in.

Exactly, I'm also experiencing redirect issue now.

Any chance the app will be functional ever again?

Confirmed working again with todays app update via Google Play on Samsung S7 Android 8.0. Android 4.x will likely not work due to higher TSL requirements on Groundspeaks website. Probably nothing you can do about that other than raising your minsdk. See: https://github.com/cgeo/cgeo/issues/7079
