Handle timeouts in requests #11

If a server call times out it in Firefox returns a status code of 0 and an
empty content and in the current version DOMAssistant causes an error and
doesn't handle the situation very well.

DOMAssistant needs to be able to handle timeouts without it stopping people
from using different HTTP-code in the responses.
