elmsByAttribute detects all when using hyphenated attribute on IE8 #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Load the attached HTML with DOMAssistant 2.8 in the same path in IE8.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No alert should have appeared.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DOMAssistant 2.8 on IE 8.0.6001.18702, WinXP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue only seems to happen when there is a dash '-' in the attribute name. 
FF3.6.8 and Chrome5 don't appear to have this problem.
