Crashes on start #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest (.7 I believe)  OS X Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.

Launching app will will crash it and make it unresponsive to mouse clicks.

Kinda grey screen appears over the app.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit using version .7

have the same problem only one step earlier.
FD won't start at all
OSX 10.6.3 on a MBP see attached screenshot
at that point FD is locked

Same issue. Just updated to the latest AIR; downloaded the app and cannot even 
log in.
