Total QS not calculated correctly #36

The quality starts (QS) for the total pitchers is not calculated correctly.
 The code assumes that it is a single pitcher and, so, it is set to 1 or 0
depending on the number of innings/runs your pitching staff allowed.  This
is obviously not correct if you have multiple pitchers pitch that day.
