Add PWM_STEERING_THROTTLE to DRIVE_TRAIN_TYPE options #6

I managed to drive the car after setting the DRIVE TRAIN TYPE to PWM_STEERING_THROTTLE But the calibration is also not working with this Drive train type.

So Could you please add support to DRIVE TRAIN TYPE to allow PWM_STEERING_THROTTLE as one of the options the same as SERVO_ESC?
