Refactor `mongo-cxx` #75

I've just comment the main changes inside the code, but also, this PR:

Move everything to vision namespace;
Remove src/ directory (to use protobufs instead of C++ classes);
Update dockerfile to robocin/ssl-core-cpp-mongo:latest;
Install protocols inside container;
Make repository even more generic;
Use a single Dockerfile to code inside devcontainer and to run;
