The first gateway version doesn't has a modularized third party communication for all three external componentes (vision, referee and tracked), it needs to be synced with interface parameters.
This issue aims:
[ ] Study and maybe improve the UDP communication: can we reduce socket number?
[ ] Add the default behavior of gateway based on parameters required for stablishing the communication with a dynamic approach.
