Generation of BNT #33

Currently generation of BNT only leads to a single object transportation task with no orientation. As long as the BNT stays in the rulebook, I think it should be possible to create a valid plan.

BNT Generation is not yet implemented, as it was not used in the last competitions. I will aim to implement the functionality anyway.
