If I use the stop.launch executable, after start.launch and the refbox is in state preperation, stop.launch actually changes into Execution and publishes the task. After calling stop.launch again, the refbox changes into ready mode again. Is this behaviour intended?

If I use the stop.launch executable, after start.launch and the refbox is in state preperation, stop.launch actually changes into Execution and publishes the task. After calling stop.launch again, the refbox changes into ready mode again. Is this behaviour intended?
