The RoboCup@Home Rulebook uses this and I think it's useful.

@FrankFoetus with 554e4f9538c you deleted the README but I think it's worth having.

I opened this pull request a long time ago, it provides a direct link to compile the latest version of the rulebook straight from github.

I just rebased my earlier branch.
