If a major occurs, and in the same moment or immediately afterwards stop is called, and the Major collision is called afterwards (within seconds):
Is the time of the major the time the major occurs or the time the major was called?
It would be good to set a time frame (e.g.10sec) for the refs to call a major, after which the major does not count.
