Special rule for calling back a robot which started within the prep time #85

Sometimes robots may start too early during prep-time while the team is still setting them up.

I suggest the team can call back the robot manually unless it did not start any task in the arena. This will be treated as one human intervention and will have no further consequences.

Currently, this will be counted as cheating.

TC Meeting 8.3.2024:

Clarify:

Teams are allowed to work on the robot as long as it has not left the start box (also in exec time allowed if prep time was not enough).
Touching the starting line and manually moving back (not starting the official exec / autonomous mode) causes human intervention penalties
