We need some form of Regulations for the arbitrary surfaces that such situations are not part of the official competition.
TC Meeting 8.3.2024:
Define that all objects on an arbitrary surface must sink in NO MORE than 50% of their whole size, measured from the top of the surface.
E.g. Tips of the artificial grass --> Object must stick out atleast 66% above the tips of the grass.
