Issue #61 mentions an underspecification of the layout of the machine w.r.t. the height of slides and conveyors and the lack of safe zones around these to ensure safe interaction. The added paragraph establishes such rules.

Before we can pass this rule change, we need to specify tolerances for the specifications within the capabilities of the local teams.

We will defer this rule change to a later point in time, as this requires more coordination with the team at Festo to determine reasonable accuracy constraints.
