Replace detailed and outdated robotino specs with a reference #90

The detailed specifications for the (outdated) Robotino 3 would have to be replaced with updated specs for the Robotino 4. However, these specs are well maintained by Festo Didactics on robotino.com and there is no additional value in re-distributing them through the appendix in the rulebook.
