switched from sqlite (dataset) to http://wiki.ros.org/mongodb_store
detector now generates object_id (equal to AR code id for now) + assigns object_type (hardcoded one for now) to each detected object and any node interested in getting more info (e.g. bounding box) queries art_db for it
