art_projected_gui: improved touch calibration (all ui elements are hidden)
art_brain: launch with some initial "global" parameters
art_utils: ProgramHelper class to simplify work with Program message (getting next instruction based on success / failure) + unittest
art_db, art_brain: integration of ProgramHelper

The problem with tests was caused by nosetests which changes PYTHONPATH (see bottom of https://personalrobotics.ri.cmu.edu/software/unit-testing).
