New release of inference with changes from main

CI still green
Regression tests on:
- Jetson 4.5 - ⚪ skipped, no hardware
- Jetson 4.6 - 🟢 run
- Jetson 5.1 - ⚪ skipped, no hardware, runner died
- T4 - 🟢 run
e2e tests on hosted platform: 🟢

Any specific deployment considerations
