Sorry, I'm too much of a Python noob to do this myself. It would be nice to have a column in the "Install" tab showing a little checkmark or something for extensions that are already installed, rather than having to select each one individually to see if the "Uninstall" button is enabled. Thanks!

This was planned, but it ended up taking me too long to figure out how to do it properly. I'll make sure that it's in the next version!

The new version pushed today (0.6.0) fixes this.
