Delete member button #2

In "manage members" there should be a column that has a little trash icon, for members to be deleted.

When someone clicks this icon, they see a confirmation page that says:

"You should only delete a member if this is a duplicate account, was created accidentally, or is otherwise very insignificant. If this is a former member, we suggest you mark them as 'alumni' rather than deleting the account. You can mark members as 'alumni' in bulk in Chapter > Manage members > Edit member status" Button: Delete member Button: Mark member as alumni

Members can only be deleted if:

In return message, change symbol Nike to cross bone. Make sure to add newline between each line.
