Display volunteer hours #26

This is a feature that has been requested by some Robogals chapters so they can give a certificate with the number of volunteering hours in it.

Volunteering hours are already recorded, so it just needs to be displayed. The places to display it are:

On user profile, where it shows the school visits attended, it should also have a column for hours
In chapter reports, where it shows the volunteer list and how many each one attended, there should also be a column for hours
