Update last post when a post is deleted #54

When the last post in a topic is deleted, the "last post" for that topic needs to be updated.

Example:

  1. The last post in a topic is by Mark Parncutt at 2:00pm Monday.
  2. Shane Lyndon posts in that topic at 4:30pm Tuesday. It is now the last post.
  3. Shane's post is then deleted. The last post in that topic should now be Mark's one again.

If the last post in that topic was also the last post in that forum - the forum's last post needs to be updated too.
