feedget: optionally use feedarchive #6

In the OPML it should be possible to specify an archive file for the feed,
and an archive save period.  This then causes feedget to use feedarchive to
retrieve the feed.

The ROME project has a feedfetcher that looks perfect.  This project needs to 
utilize
that so we are a good citizen.
