Link manipulation like adding affiliate link attributes #10

We want the simplicity of making a link, and having affiliate attributes added automatically.

Maybe this needs to be focused on affiliate tags, and not a generalized link manipulator

As such, it would have per-affiliate-site manipulations to perform.
