Updates the build to be compatible with current and near-future Gradle versions and JDK versions.
Builds distribution ZIP on GitHub Actions for reliability.
Directory chooser now pre-selects the last picked directory (fixes #24)
Support valid_additional_mash_entry_indexes (fixes #34)
