Update CAD model for frame #72

For v4 we are upgrading to Makerpipe and Eletrical Metal Conduit (EMC).

Also the openwheelchair site itself has released an updated design for the frame:

For this task, update the OnShape model to use the makerpipe connectors, EMC, and the updated frame design.
